(UPI) -- After St. Louis lost starting quarterback Sam Bradford to an ACL injury, the Rams are looking to bring on a new player.

Speculation over whether the Rams would look to replace Bradford with Tim Tebow spread, but the Rams are reportedly not ready to consider picking up the struggling signal-caller.

Bradford was forced to leave the team's game against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday with a knee injury. After an exam, it was determined that Bradford suffered a torn ACL that will put him out for the rest of the season.

Tebow has received little attention from the NFL since he was cut by the Patriots during the preseason. He has gotten promotional offers and playing offers from leagues in Canada and Russia, but has not expressed interest in moving away from the NFL.

If the team officially passes on Tebow, though, it will be a bit of an omen as to how his future will play out. If St. Louis -- a team with no passers save for Kellen Clemens -- declines Tebow, it's hard to imagine any other NFL team picking him up.
