Rubben Studdard, the second winner of "American Idol", opened up about his time in the "Biggest Loser" camp. Studdard, 35, is the heaviest contestant in the 15th season of "Loser" and the first celebrity to ever be on the show.
In an interview, the singer admitted he's come to terms with the fact that he needs to start living a healthier lifestyle before he gets back into music.
“I have to get up every day and give myself the two hours that I need to keep myself together before I even get into any music stuff, and that’s just going to have to be how I do it,” he said.
Nevertheless, Studdard said that once he wraps up on the show, he'll begin recording his sixth studio album.
The 15th season of "Biggest Loser" premieres Tuesday, October 8.
