Given Kanye West's reputation as a private man who reviles celebrity culture -- and his recent interactions with the paparazzi -- his decision to appear on Kris Jenner's talk show comes as a surprise. When he does film television appearances, it's usually to discuss his music or professional projects. But the 36-year-old rapper, who welcomed daughter North back in June, has already taped an interview with Jenner, the mother of his 32-year-old baby mama Kim Kardashian.

According to multiple media reports, the interview, set to air Friday, will show a friendlier, more relaxed side to West than we're used to seeing. Not only does the performer discuss fatherhood and his relationship with Kim, he is also said to have revealed a picture of his newborn baby.
"Kim and Kanye had been talking about how to do it," a source told Us Weekly. "They didn't want to sell the photos."
A show witness told E! News that West said he was "in love with [Kim] from the moment he met her. He said he always wanted to be with her and that they were the perfect match."
West also joked about becoming a professional athlete so that Kim would notice him.
Jenner and West must have a pretty good relationship. The 57-year-old mother of six recently gushed about her grandchild's father.
"We live together," she said of West, who has been temporarily staying at her home with Kim and North. "He's my roommate. He's an amazing guy, and he is so clean. He is such a great member of my family."
