Josh Duhamel is out promoting his new film, "Scenic Route," giving the press plenty of opportunities to ask the "Safe Haven" star about his upcoming role as a dad -- his wife, Fergie Duhamel, could give birth to a son any day now.

Asked whether they had picked out a baby name, Duhamel said that their favorite name had been swiped by another pair of celebrity parents.

“Coming from North Dakota, we were going to name it North, but you know, unfortunately, Kim and Kanye took that,” Duhamel joked on Tuesday.

Instead, the couple will be going for a more "traditional" name -- something that seems to be a rarity in a celebrity world where kids have monikers like Apple, Kingston and Pax.

“We have a name picked out, it’s fairly traditional,” Duhamel said. “And we’re not telling anybody because we don’t want anybody’s opinion, including our parents!”

The 40-year-old actor also said he'd miss his wife's pregnancy.

“She looks like she’s ready to go! She looks so damn cute,” he said. “I’m going to miss seeing her walk around preggers.”
