Netflix: Laura Prepon exit rumors are 'not accurate'

Fans of Netflix's latest binge-watch sensation, "Orange Is the New Black" were dismayed to read a recent report that one of the show's main characters would not return as a series regular for season 2.

Buzzfeed said Wednesday that Laura Prepon, best remembered as the Donna from "That 70s Show," would wrap up her role as a former drug dealer in a "limited number of episodes" next season.

But a Netflix rep told E! News on Wednesday that the rumor wasn't necessarily true.

"It's not accurate," the rep said. "Our season is still developing and nothing is confirmed."

So that means Prepon's character, Alex, could leave the show -- but they don't really know yet.
