Dwyane Wade's ex-wife rants, holds sign in downtown Chicago

Dwyane Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches, was spotted sitting with a sign in downtown Chicago, appearing to have some sort of emotional breakdown.

The sign said "NBA Miami Heat Star Mother Of His Children On The Streets."

A Deadspin source said he overheard Funches ranting about "$90 million contracts" and "houses on the water."

Funches filed suit earlier this month in Cook County Circuit Court, saying that Wade was not depositing endorsement deals into a joint account, as required in a 2008 agreement.

In a 2010 suit, Funches sued Wade's girlfriend Gabrielle Union for $50,000, alleging Union was causing her children emotional distress. Funches alleged that Union "engaged in sexual foreplay" in front of the boys, and that they were allowed to play around a pool unsupervised.

Funches and Wade got a divorce in 2007. Wade was granted sole custody of their children in March 2011, and Funches faced kidnapping charges in June 2012 when she refused to return the boys.
