Blake Shelton and Adam Levine have spent four seasons on "The Voice" making fun of each other and doing their best to mentor contestants to success on the reality singing competition. But Shelton told Men's Journal in a recent interview that the Maroon 5 frontman's healthy lifestyle is usually the source of their disagreements.

"I get frustrated with Adam because, to me, rock stars are supposed to be drunk all the time," the 37-year-old country singer said. "But he's very healthy. He takes care of himself. And it drives me crazy, because I want him to be more like me. Drunk all the time."

So is Shelton really that drunk all the time? His mom says no.

"He likes to make people think he's drunk, but I've never seen that boy drunk in my life," she told the mag.

Levine, whose probably used to the gentle ribbing, had kind words for his fellow "Voice" judge.

"The guy is just pure positive energy," Levine said.

"He has this kind of punk-rock mentality, where he's not afraid to speak his mind, not afraid to say the wrong thing. It's a huge part of his success: What you get is different than what you're expecting."
