The case against former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez appears to be strengthening as investigators reveal their findings.

Search warrant documents unsealed in court Tuesday said Carlos Ortiz, one of three men held in connection to the murder of Odin Lloyd, claimed Hernandez admitted to firing the shots that killed the semi-pro footballer.

Ortiz said the third suspect, Ernest Wallace, told him of Hernandez's alleged confession.

The revelation was contained in more than 150 pages of documents released Tuesday that also included revelations about Hernandez's reaction when police first knocked on his door.

Hernandez was described as uncooperative with the officers, slamming the door on policemen who came to interrogate him.

"Mr. Hernandez did not ask officers whose death was being investigated," the police report said. "Mr. Hernandez's demeanor did not indicate any concern for the death of any person."

The report said police came to Hernandez after finding keys to a rental car next to Lloyd's body. The car was leased under Hernandez's name. Another vehicle, linked two a double killing in Boston in 2012, had been registered under his name as well.

Police said they seized a number of items from Hernandez's North Attleborough, Mass., home, including .22-caliber ammunition, a Blackberry, three iPads, clothing, a pair of size 13 white Nike shoes, and a bath towel. They also said a mattress and bedskirt was tested for gun residue, but not what the results of that test were.

Hernandez, Oritz and Wallace are all being held without bail on a collection of charges related to Lloyd's June 17 death.

Hernandez is charged with murder and gun-related charges, while Ortiz was charged with illegal possession of a firearm and Wallace with being an accessory after the fact.
