Amanda Bynes calls Barack and Michelle Obama 'ugly'

Barack and Michelle Obama are the latest targets of Amanda Bynes' increasingly bizarre criticism of fellow celebrities.

The 27-year-old former child star and "Hairspray" actress has already slapped a slew of famous people with the "ugly" label -- including Rihanna, model Chrissy Tiegen, Miley Cyrus, Drake, Jay-Z, Jenny McCarthy and Zac Efron.

Following her arrest for marijuana possession in May, the troubled young starlet has discussed her plastic surgery and weight loss hopes on Twitter. On Sunday the 5-foot-8 actress claimed she was down to 107 pounds.
