A teenage Briton has outscored nearly everyone alive on a Mensa IQ test, scoring a 162, well above the genius mark.

Neha Ramu, 13, moved from Bangalore to London at the age of 7 and hopes someday to study neurology at Harvard.

"When I found out I got such a high score it was so amazing and unexpected," Neha said.

Neha's impressive marks probably puts her above Stephen Hawking, one of the smartest people alive. The physicist refuses to reveal his IQ, but it is believed to be 160.

"Stephen Hawking, Albert Einstein, they've achieved so much," she said. "It's not right to compare me to them just because of my IQ."

"If I don't put in my effort and make use of my IQ there's not point in having it," she said.
