Lil' Kim's unrecognizable face triggers plastic surgery rumors at Hot 97's Summer Jam

Wearing a tight corseted outfit and strappy heels, Lil Kim delighted the Hot 97 Summer Jam audience with a surprise performance during Fabolous' set at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday.

But the pint-sized rapper, who dominated charts in the 90s, also sported a much lighter complexion and high cheekbones, prompting longtime fans to wonder whether the 38-year-old performer had gone under the knife.

Lil' Kim's rep called the plastic surgery rumors "malicious" last March, when tabloids first noticed her changing look.
