Justin Bieber apparently wasn't to blame for speeding his white Ferarri through his neighborhood over Memorial Day weekend.

Tyler Okonma, known by his stage name Tyler, the Creator, said it was he, and not the 19-year-old pop star, behind the wheel when NFL receiver Keyshawn Johnson called the cops on May 27.

Johnson saw Bieber's Ferrari speed by in their Calabasas, Calif., neighborhood, and followed the car to Bieber's house. Three people said they saw the singer behind the wheel, but Bieber's security team says Okonma was driving.

Okonma himself said he was driving, tweeting that people shouldn't blame his friend.

Police are investigating the incident and the driver -- Bieber or Okonma -- could be charged with reckless driving.

But regardless of who was to blame on Memorial Day, Bieber has developed a reputation for speeding around town, frightening people who live in the neighborhood and even allegedly spitting in one man's face after he asked the singer to slow down.
