Kelly Rowland hasn't had the success enjoyed by her former Destiny's Child bandmate Beyonce, and seven years after the girls went their separate ways, admitted she was jealous of her friend's achievements.

"When my sister was on stage/killing it like a [expletive]/I was in rage/feeling it like a [expletive]," she sings in her new track, "Dirty Laundry." "Bird in a cafe/You'd never know what I was dealing with/Went our separate ways but I was happy she was killin' it."

"Bittersweet, she was up, I was down/No lie, I feel good for her but what do I do now?/"I was going through some [expletive]/Post-Survivor, she on fire/Who wanna hear my [expletive]."

Rowland also sings about her relationship with an abusive ex, who drove a wedge between the bandmates.

"I was battered/He hitting the window like it was me, until it shattered/He pulled me out and said, 'Don't nobody love you but me/Not your mama, not your daddy, and especially not Bey."

Fortunately, things are looking up for Rowland and Beyonce -- the pair reunited with fellow Destiny's Child singer Michelle Williams at the Superbowl in February, recording a new song and performing for the first time since the band broke up.

"Dirty Laundry" will appear on Rowland's upcoming album, "Talk a Good Game," out June 18.
