Usher may need to change his tune when it comes to childcare.

Cecelia Duncan, his former nanny, has filed a lawsuit against Usher. Duncan was hired as a part-time nanny for the singer's two children in December 2010. But her hours often exceeded part-time and she often worked more than 40 hours a week, according to TMZ.

And Duncan says he never paid her overtime during her care of his four-year-old and five-year-old. In the lawsuit, Duncan said she felt like she was being overworked without additional compensation, and that she expressed that to Usher in 2011.

Usher fired Duncan in September 2012 without paying the extra expenses, more than a year after Duncan said she first brought it up.

Duncan is suing him for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages and damages, though the damages were unspecified in the lawsuit. Usher made $7 million from his hosting "The Voice" in 2012, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

A representative for Usher said that Duncan's allegations are false.
