Caroline Kennedy is selling two pieces of land on Martha's Vineyard in the exclusive Red Gate Farm estate for $45 million.

The Daily Mail reports Lot 6, which is listed for $20 million, has nearly 40 acres of prime waterfront property with incredible views of Squibnocket Point and the Atlantic Ocean.

Lot 8, which is listed for $25 million, is comprised of 50 acres of beachfront land and 60 acres of protected oceanfront.

Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis allegedly bought the 366-acre parcel known as Red Gate Farm for $1.1 million back in 1978. The land surrounding the house she built, where Caroline Kennedy now lives, occupies about 106 acres of land.
