Jennifer Lawrence debuts short new haircut at GLAAD awards

Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence surprised her fans by sporting a short new hairstyle to the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation awards on Sunday.

Hello Magazine reports Lawrence showed up to the GLAAD Awards with a spring-inspired bob cut and honey-colored highlights. Her stylist, Mark Townsend, proudly shared a photo of the star's new do a few hours before the show on Instagram.

"New haircut for the fearless Jennifer Lawrence!!" Townsend wrote.

Lawrence was invited to the GLAAD Awards, along with Harvey Weinstein, to introduce President Bill Clinton as the recipient of the 2013 Advocate for Change Award. Watch her charmingly mess up the former President's name and laugh about falling at the Oscars in the clip below.
