Carl's Jr. is rolling out what may be the most brilliant idea for a dessert ever.

Customers spotted hand-scooped strawberry pop-tart ice cream sandwiches at a Newport Beach location of the fast food chain.

According to Foodbeast, the chain is likely testing out the dessert as the latest in "line with the fast food chain's recent line of ice cream cookie sandwiches, following up on both an Oreo ice cream sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich."
