Done Events, the Dubai-based organizers, have urged fans to get tickets as far in advance as possible. The two dates are the "Believe" tour's only concerts in the Middle East.

Ticketholders for the Oman show are eligible for a full refund or trade for a ticket for the Dubai concert.

"Adding a second show to his first-ever Middle East visit gives Justin Bieber and our team another great opportunity to accomodate the huge demand from Middle East fans who want to see the show," said Thomas Oversen, COO of Done Events.

"We are very excited that Justin Bieber has agreed to extend his Dubai stay by another day to help fulfill the dreams of more regional fans."
