Justin Bieber releases "All Around the World" video

For days, Justin Bieber had been teasing his fans on Twitter about an upcoming video and on Friday he finally followed trough.

"Told u i had a surprise ;)" the singer tweeted along with a link to his new video, "All around the world."

This is the third single from "Believe," Bieber's third studio album.
