Jenna Jameson allegedly attacked assistant with brass knuckle iPhone case

Police arrested Jenna Jameson on battery charges last Saturday after an alleged hair salon brawl with her assistant, Britney Markham, hours before the former porn star was supposed to attend a birthday celebration in her honor.

Though Orange County authorities decided not to prosecute, citing lack of evidence, Markham has filed a restraining order, which contains new details about the alleged altercation.

Markham's restraining order says Jameson "punched her in the stomach and back" with the brass knuckles of her iPhone case, TMZ reported Wednesday. Jameson has repeatedly taken Instagram photos of herself using the weapon/fashion accessory. TMZ points out that while brass knuckles are illegal in California, they're considered an accessory when attached to an iPhone case.
