Perry's Hollywood Hills residence was built in 1925 and features seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms in 8,835 sq ft of living space.

The singer allegedly purchased the property with Brand in June 2011 and wanted to remodel it before moving in. However, Brand filed for divorce six months later and put an end to those plans. Perry has been reportedly trying to sell the house quietly, but decided to go another route Monday when she publicly listed it for sale.

According to Zillow, Perry's Mediterranean home also features a carriage house for auto storage, two guest houses and a lagoon style pool with a waterfall.
