A 20-year-old woman from Montreal was arrested Wednesday for Instagramming a photo of graffiti featuring Montreal police spokesman Ian Lafreniere with a bullet in his head.

The Huffington Post Canada reports Jennifer Pawluck was surprised to see police show up at her doorstep and arrest her for a photo she took the month prior in Montreal's Hochelaga-Maisonneuve neighborhood.

"Many of my friends do not like the police," Pawluck told the Huffington Post Québec, in French. "I thought it would be funny to put the picture on Instagram. I do not even know who he is, Ian Lafreniere."

Police served Pawluck with a warrant accusing her of uttering threats to Lafreniere and alleging she acted with intent to harass. She was then taken to the police station and released four hours later.

Pawluck is currently awaiting a trial date and is not to come within one kilometer of the City of Montreal Police Department's headquarters or Lafreniere's home.
