Powerball winner Pedro Quezada has promised to pay this and next month's rent for his entire block.

The New York Daily News reports a friend of the new millionaire said Quezada offered to help the residents of the Passaic, N.J., neighborhood that housed his bodega with a couple of months worth of housing expenses.

“He said he’s going to pay the rent for everybody here on this block for at least a month or two months,” the friend told the NYDN Saturday. “He’s such a good guy.”

The 45-year-old Dominican has been dubbed a local hero among neighbors for his incredible generosity.

After claiming his $338 million Powerball jackpot last week -- the fourth largest jackpot in history -- Quezada plans to sell his bodega and live of off the $152 million after taxes he got from the lump sum payout.

Quezada's friend says he has already paid the $29,000 he owed in child-support.
