James Franco is not a very good neighbor. Or at least that's what his neighbors say.

According to TMZ, people living next door to the award-winning actor constantly complain about him taking up valuable parking spaces, leaving trash strewn all over the place and making a lot of noise.

It appears that all the complaints stem from Franco's alleged in-house film operations, which have resulted in endless traffic lines around the neighborhood. As films crews drive in and out of the small residential street, they also complicate parking.

A neighbor told TMZ the actor's home-based operations apparently generate incredible amounts of trash, to the point where it accumulates and spills over to adjacent properties.

The neighbor also said Franco's security detail was unprofessional and disrespectful as she is constantly being stared at.

Many of the neighbors have reportedly filed formal complaints about Franco's behavior with the L.A. Housing Department.
