On Sunday Beyonce posted her newest single "Bow Down / I Been On" on her Tumblr along with an apparently-Photoshopped photo of a younger Beyonce wearing a pageant-like dress while standing in the middle in a room full of trophies.
As Gawker points out, the room is Beyonce's old living room/trophy display area, but we're still unsure how this is related to the track, or to anything else for that matter. Either way, since she posted the song on Soundcloud, the track got over a million streams in less than 24 hours.
According to MTV Beyonce's new anthem "asserted her status as the girl who runs the world," (she does sing "bow down b*tches" at one point) and proves that "motherhood hasn't softened her at all."
Miss Info reported that the "Bow Down" part of the the track was produced Hit Boy and Planet VI while the "I Been On" part was (apparently) produced by Timbaland and Polow da Don.
