Two days after his lengthy Twitter rant slamming tabloid rumors, Justin Bieber left the hospital early Friday morning after experiencing shortness of breath and collapsing during a Thursday night concert in London. "He's been released from the hospital early this AM after a check-up and while he's feeling a little under the weather, he's planning on going ahead with tonight's show," his rep said Friday.

The 19-year-old singer reassured panicked fans by snapping a shirtless Instagram photo of himself in his hospital bed. "Gettin better listening to Janice Joplin," he captioned the photo.
"Getting better, thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight," Bieber tweeted.

Video footage of the concert shows Bieber stumbling and walking off stage, where he reportedly collapsed and received oxygen treatment.
Manager Scooter Braun stepped out to give the audience a pep talk before Bieber reemerged to finish to the show.
"Justin got very light of breath. The whole show he's been complaining, and he's backstage with the EMTs and the doctor," Braun said.
"He got oxygen from emergency personnel. He insisted on finishing the show," Bieber's rep told E! while the star was on his way to the hospital.
