By KATE STANTON, UPI.com

Legendary musician and glam rock pioneer David Bowie celebrated his 66th birthday Tuesday by announcing his first studio album in a decade, "The Next Day," and unveiling the LP's first single and music video, "Where Are We Now."

The 66-year-old Brit hasn't come out with an album since 2003's "Reality," but he's been hard at work in the studio making "The Next Day" with "Space Oddity" producer Tony Visconti. Installation artist Tony Oursler directed the music video. Bowie's head appears as a puppet.
