In the upstairs/downstairs drama of Britain's Downton Abbey, the house is as much a character as are Lord and Lady Grantham.

Curtis Jensen, a Utah-based marketing director and gingerbread architect extraordinaire has struck again, this time creating an homage to the magnificent castle the Crawleys call home.

Over the course of a week, Jensen painstakingly constructs a sugary sweet replica of Highclere Castle, the real-life seat of the Ear and Countess of Carnarvon.

Whether you're eagerly anticipating the U.S. premiere of Downton Abbey's third series next week, or (SPOILER ALERT!) mourning the departure of Dan Stevens (Matthew Crawley) from the smash British hit, watching the construction of this charming gingerbread replica should help tide you over.
