Cookie baron Wally 'Famous' Amos pens autobiography

Wally 'Famous' Amos, the man behind those chocolate chip cookies, has written his autobiography, 'The Famous Amos Story: The Face That Launched a Thousand Chips.'

As the first black agent at the William Morris agency, he was involved in the careers of such well-know entertainers as Simon and Garfunkle, Diana Ross & The Supremes and Marvin Gaye.

He started in the cookie business with a small shop in Los Angeles which has grown into a world-wide cookie corporation.
