BOGOTA, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Fourth-seeded Colombian Fabiola Zuluaga captured her fourth WTA title Sunday with a straight-sets win over Anabel Medina Garrigues of Spain in the final of the Copa Colsanitas.
Fabiola upset No. 1 Paola Suarez of Argentina in Saturday's semifinals and cruised to a 6-3, 6-2 win over the unseeded Medina Garrigues.
The 24-year-old Fabiola, a Bogota resident, won the Tier III event for the second straight year It was the fifth final of her career.
The 20-year-old Medina Garrigues appeared in her third career final She won her lone title at Palermo in 2001 and reached the championship match at Hobart last year.
