Aug. 11 (UPI) -- A collection of WWE Superstars and legends including Triple H, Shawn Michaels, The New Day and more have been celebrating the 20th anniversary of group D-Generation X on social media.
An influential and groundbreaking anti-authority group who dominated WWE programming throughout the '90s during the company's lucrative Attitude Era, D-Generation X was founded by Michaels and Triple H who were first joined by initial members Chyna and Hall of Famer Rick Rude.

"Yea buddy!!!!" added Michaels on Twitter alongside a photo of himself posing with Triple H and fellow DX alumni, Road Dogg, Billy Gunn and X-Pac.
X-Pac, real name Sean Waltman, used the DX anniversary to celebrate Chyna who died in April 2016 at the age of 46. "You were the magic ingredient in the DX Recipe," he tweeted alongside a photo of The Ninth Wonder of the World during her time in the wrestling stable.
