The Paris Drone Festival takes over the Champs-Elysees (13 images)

Drones and their piloting enthusiasts took over the Champs-Elysees during the first annual Paris Drone Festival on September 4, 2016. The event, which featured races through an obstacle course near the Arc de Triomphe, followed an announcement by Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo that the city has established two locations where amateur drone pilots can fly their drones one Sunday each month.
