Seoul mourns victims of Halloween tragedy(9 images)

Mourners lay flowers and offerings in the Itaewon nightlife district in Seoul on October 31, 2022, where more than 150 people were killed when a crowd celebrating Halloween surged through narrow streets. Most of the victims were in their 20s and 30s. South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol declared a week of national mourning.
