Iriya Morning Glory Festival returns to Tokyo (10 images)

The Iriya Morning Glory Festival has returned to Tokyo, Japan, for the first time in four years. The event, which celebrates morning glory flowers, takes place from Thursday to Saturday. Over 400,000 are expected to attend.
