Displaced Palestinians receive humanitarian aid, including bags of flour and food from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency in Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, on January 28, 2024. Several countries have suspended aid to the agency for Palestinian refugees amid allegations that 12 of its employees were involved in Hamas' October 7 attack on Israel.
