Days after laying to rest Prince Philip, her husband of more than 70 years, Queen Elizabeth II of Britain marks her 95th birthday. She was born on April 21, 1926, in London and ascended to the throne in 1952. She and Philip, who died at 99, have four children: Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Prince Andrew.
