Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Tropical Storm Victor is still holding on but has weakened to a tropical depression.
In the 5 p.m. AST update, the National Hurricane Center said the center of what's now Tropical Depression Victor was located over the Atlantic Ocean about 1,145 miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph. The depression is moving toward the northwest at 13 mph.
