Feb. 1 (UPI) -- The International Criminal Court ordered the conditional release of former Ivory Coast President Laurent Gbagbo and former political leader Charles Blé Goudé on Friday.
The announcement came two weeks after the court in The Hague acquitted Gbagbo on charges he ordered killings and other crimes after an election in 2011.
