June 17 (UPI) -- Tropical Depression Carlotta is forecast to dissipate Sunday night after weakening earlier in the day, the National Hurricane Center said.
At its 4 p.m. CDT update, the NHC said the storm had 30 mph sustained winds and was moving west northwest at 7 mph. The center of the storm, which formed Friday, was about 65 miles south southeast of Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico.
