Dec. 7 (UPI) -- A videotaped killing of an India man has surfaced online, sparking outrage from several rights groups who demanded on Thursday the resignation of Rajasthan's chief minister and home minister.
The groups -- including the Peoples' Union for Civil Liberties, the National Muslim Women Welfare Society and others -- say leaders are not protecting Muslims from hate crimes that have plagued the state in the last year. In a statement, they accused chief minister Vasundhara Raje and home minister Gulab Chand Kataria of neglecting to punish those who carry out the attacks, the Hindustan Times reported.
