Sept. 25 (UPI) -- North Korea's foreign minister said Monday that U.S. President Donald Trump has declared war against his country and Pyongyang holds the right to self-defense.
Trump tweeted over the weekend that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and his regime "won't be around much longer."
