Watch live: Theresa May reacts to Manchester concert attack

May 23 (UPI) -- British Prime Minister Theresa May on Tuesday was expected to address the country after an explosion at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester killed 22 people.

She was scheduled to speak around 11 a.m. at 10 Downing Street.

The night before, 22 people died and 59 injured after an improvised explosive device detonated at Manchester Arena. Police are treating the blast as a terrorist incident.
