BRUSSELS, April 2 (UPI) -- Belgian authorities arrested a man linked to a foiled terrorist attack in France, according to federal prosecutors.
The 33-year-old Belgian national was only identified by his initials, Y.A., and was charged with "participating in the activities of a terrorist group." His detention was extended after appearing before a judge on Friday.
