LUXEMBOURG, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- The testing of seekers of asylum on grounds of homosexuality was blocked Tuesday by the European Court of Justice.
The court ruled refugees who claim asylum after persecution for being gay need not undergo testing to verify it. The decision came after three men, including one from Uganda and another from an unspecified Muslim country, sought asylum in the Netherlands and failed, the Dutch court ruling they had not proved their sexuality.
