DUBLIN, Ireland, May 10 (UPI) -- US Airways Flight 715, en route from Italy to the United States on Saturday, was diverted to Dublin, Ireland, after several flight attendants became sick.

The flight attendants on board the Airbus A330-200 experienced "nausea, running eyes and dizziness, while traveling from Venice to Philadelphia," US Airways spokeswoman Michelle Mohr said.

Responding to the complaints, the pilots made an emergency landing at Dublin Airport where the flight attendants were taken to a hospital.

CNN reported nine flight attendants were affected, though Ireland's Independent reported 11 were sick.

"There are no reports of illness from pilots or passengers and we are reaccommodating our customers on other flights to Philadelphia," Mohr said.

There were 185 passengers on board the plane.
