The spokesman for Catherine Ashton, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European External Action Service, tweeted that a Tuesday meeting between Ashton and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif had been "constructive."

The gathering in Vienna is the second meeting of the P5+1 since the Joint Plan of Action was implemented in January.
