SIMFEROPOL, Ukraine, March 10 (UPI) -- Russian forces occupying Ukraine's Crimea region seized control of a military hospital and military base on Monday.
Approximately 20-30 uniformed men used a threat of violence to take control of the main military hospital in Crimea's capital city of Simferopol. Evgen Pyvoval, the hospital's director, said "People are fearing for their lives," but "We don't know what their demands are." Pyvoval described being forced from the hospital and onto a bus, where he was held for 30 minutes.
