SEOUL, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- South Korean Prime Minister Chung Hong-won ordered officials Thursday to punish those responsible for the collapse of a gym that killed 10 people.

Ten people died and 105 people were injured Monday when the roof of a gym at a mountainside resort in Gyeongju caved in.

At the time of the incident, 560 incoming university freshman were gathered inside the building.

Chung said that authorities should conduct an investigation into what caused the incident and instructed them to carry out a safety check into structures that are built with the same materials.

Authorities have speculated that snow piling up on the roof could have led to the collapse, the South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported.

Police have not ruled out that structural flaws led to the collapse.
