BAGHDAD, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Ten car bombs in central Iraq -- five in Baghdad alone -- killed at least 19 people Tuesday, officials said.
The bombings in the Iraqi capital struck in four locations, killing at least 10 people and wounding 30 more, the MENA news agency reported. Three car bombs exploded in Hilla, south of Baghdad, killing five people and wounding 22, police said.
Bombings in Mussayib and Iskandiriyah killed four people and wounded 32, police said.
On Monday, four car bombs exploded in Baghdad, killing at least 16 people.
