"There were two money transporters that were in the ATM section of the TD bank, and they were bringing out the bags of money to their truck. Suddenly a 32-year-old man attacked them physically and during the altercation a shot was fired and the suspect was injured," Longueuil police Constable Marc David said.

Police said they were searching for a weapon that could have belonged to the alleged robber.
